Officers gathering

The time has come for our quarterly officers meeting of the Texas Ghostwalkers as y'all should remember last time we voted and carried a motion to convene every quarter to try to improve communications, and to make better plans and such. Also as y'all know we have a butt load of new members, plus a lot of people have made full time status and a lot of people are coming up for full time status in the next few months. We should come up with a way to recognize full time members. I have suggested on the forums a date of Saturday May 9 2009 at 11:00 hrs at Ginger Browns (Hwy 199 and 820) for lunch and cinnamon rolls... I ask that my fellow officers check and see if this date is acceptable and if not lets get to talking and try to find a date that is compatible with every one. Also it would be nice if ALL the officers would show up this time.... I think that we have a lot to discuss this time around, what with all the new members tons of upcoming shoots and all.

Mustang has indicated that he cannot make the meeting on Saturday because of a math final... can everybody make it on the 10th (Sunday) about 1300 hrs at the same location?
